If you don't provide a valid license file to the urbi controller, it will be launched in evaluation mode. The only difference with the normal version is that the controller will exit after 5 minutes, thus letting you test all the feature we provide in the registered version during this small period of time. When you launch Webots and URBI without a valid license file you can see a message in Webots log that tells you that the license is invalid or missing:
